Similarly, each day, life presents options to you that you can choose to either accept or decline. The options you see are determined by the frequency you’re on. You only receive options with the same frequency, and you can either choose to sync your frequencies together or move on.

So what is a frequency? A frequency is an energetic signal you send to the universe that activates the law of attraction. You create this frequency through your thoughts and feelings.

Your thoughts create the frequencies of your life, and your feelings magnetize them so they reach the law of attraction. Positive thoughts place whatever you’re thinking about on a positive trajectory. For instance, if you want a better job, the way you think about your current job dictates whether your career path will be positive or negative.

You will receive either positive or negative circumstances surrounding your future job prospects because of these thoughts.

Your thoughts only gain power when you attach feelings to them. Feelings strengthen the energetic field surrounding your life. Positive thoughts fill your field with love, and negative thoughts remove love from your field. Whatever charge your field carries is the energy the law of attraction will pick up and send back. Three Steps for Creating Attraction

1. Imagining: Visualize what you want and imagine having that thing now. Use every sensation to make the picture as real as possible. What does what you want look like, and what does your life with that thing look like? Make the vision as clear as possible in your mind so the law of attraction knows exactly what to reflect back to you.

There are no limitations to what you can have in life, only limitations to what you allow yourself to imagine. The force of love is the greatest force in the universe, which means nothing is too big for it to tackle. Don’t worry about the logistics or magnitude of what you desire. If you can imagine it, it exists in the universe. Draw it to you with your imagination.

2. Feeling: Once you imagine what you want, feel the joy of having it. Believe that what you want is already yours, and feel love for that thing in your heart. Sit with that feeling and experience the depth of joy you would feel with it. The deeper you can feel that joy, the stronger your energetic field becomes. 1. Love: Fall in love with life like you would fall in love with a person. When you fall in love with life, you experience joy on a regular basis. All you see when you look at the world is what you love about it. The more joy you feel and love you give to the world, the more you fill your life up with love. You become so full of positivity that you glow and radiate positive energy. You reach your magnetic potential, and your ability to attract what you want becomes instantaneous.

The more you look at life through the lens of love, the more joy you’ll feel and the stronger you’ll become in bringing more love to you.

2. Gratitude: When you are grateful for who you are and what you have, you feel love for those things. Gratitude is the easiest way to give love. It’s impossible to feel bad when you’re showing appreciation for your life. And all you have to do is say, “Thank you.” Gratitude multiplies to make your world more positive. The law of attraction will pick up your gratitude and give you more to be grateful about. Show gratitude daily to keep receiving more gifts in your life.

3. Play: Play make-believe games to envision the life you want, like you did as a child. Get lost in the fantasy of your perfect world, and make a game of it.

Playing is fun and keeps you in a positive spirit, and play helps you deepen your imagination. The law of attraction can’t tell the difference between pretend and real thoughts. It just picks up the energy you feel about that thing and returns that picture back to you.

Money, Relationships, and Health

The feelings you have about the financial, emotional, and physical aspects of your life have created your current circumstances. To get on a better path for each of these, use specific strategies to change how you feel to change your circumstances.

Make Money Stick to You

When you have money, you feel good about money. When you don’t have it, you likely worry about money, which means you feel bad about it. Your current financial situation is based on the feelings you’ve had about money up until now. If you want to bring more money into your life and make it stick, you need to form a positive relationship with money. Good feelings make you a magnet for money. Bad feelings make you repel money.

Whatever way you can find to improve your relationship with money by feeling good about money, do it. If you feel bad about money, all you will receive are more situations that help you feel bad about money, like large bills, car repairs, or bad investments. You must feel good about money for the law of attraction to bring more good into your life.

Get the Relationships You Want

Giving love to other people is one of the best ways to harness the force of love. You don’t have to love everyone you know or meet or even love everything about people. But when you give someone, even yourself, love, you project positive energy surrounding your interactions with people in your life. With this positive energy, you will attract back only positive people and people that make your life positive.

Give love to strangers you pass on the street. Give thoughts of abundance to friends and family who need it. Give love away whenever you can to others. Whatever love you give to others will be returned to you.

Everyone comes into your life for a reason, and all are emotional allies. Some of them will be kind and loving and make it easy to give them love. Others will be harsh and mean, and those are the ones who are the most significant. If negative people are in your life, it means you’ve been lacking love. Change your feelings for the better. In addition, negative people test your ability to give love even in the most difficult circumstances. When you’ve learned to give love during hard times, it will become easier to do it when things are good.

Think Healthy to Be Healthy

Your body is full of trillions of cells that help keep you healthy and strong. You are in control of all of these cells and command them to do what you want. You feel your emotions with your heart, and the heart is the center of your body’s universe. When you feel positively about your health in your heart, the love force in your cells increases, and they work to keep your body in a positive state. When you feel negatively, the life force of your cells drains, making them vulnerable to disease.

Most people fear diseases, but this focus creates a negative frequency regarding their health. You must think about how good your health is or how good you feel in your body for those pictures to be sent to you. And showing gratitude for your health is a good way to promote positive feelings about health.

Whatever you believe about your body is what will be true. If you want to lose weight, focus on what you love about yourself and the joy you will feel when you have the body you want. If you show disgust for your body or believe losing weight is hard for you, you will not receive the positive body you want. Be mindful of your beliefs regarding your health and appearance. You only have to be sick, old, and self-conscious if you think you are.

Moving Forward With Power

If you don’t give love, you can never get love back in return. Your life will be difficult as the wrong people and circumstances come into it, one after the other, until you stop the cycle with love. Every time you choose to show love for someone or something, you add more positivity to the world. Your light shines brighter, and all the good you can imagine will be drawn to it. You have the power within you to change your life in every imaginable way.

Rhonda Byrne will never forget September 9, 2004, because that was the day her life changed. Chapter 1: This Thing Called Love

Life is not complicated. Despite what you may think, it’s solely composed of two things: positive elements and negative elements. In any facet of life, be it personal, professional, financial, or spiritual, your success or failure is determined by your positivity or negativity.

If your life is more negative than positive, you’re not leading the life you deserve. You may even be jealous of others who seem to have everything they want and believe they got their charmed life through luck or connections. But at the heart of their achievements is behavior. These people did something specific to create the life they wanted—they led with love. With the knowledge gained in The Power, you can have the life you want, too.

The first five chapters will guide you through the power of love, how your thoughts and feelings affect that power, and how to use love to attract what you want in life. The last four chapters focus specifically on using love to improve your finances, relationships, health, and overall life.

Everything Is Love

Love is often misunderstood as a singular emotion written about in poems, songs, films, and philosophical texts. But what you don’t realize is that love is a force of life, just like other natural forces such as gravity and magnetic fields. You can’t see them with your eyes, but you know they’re there working in the background of everything. Love is, likewise, an invisible force working behind everything, and it is purely positive.

Life would cease to exist without love. Children are born out of love. Buildings are built because someone loves to design them and someone else loves to build them. Technology is created because someone has a love for invention. Books are written because someone has a love for stories. Everything in life stems from a seed of desire that was nurtured through love.

Your life is a product of love. Without something to love, you have no reason to engage with life. You would feel no motivation to eat, sing, work, dance, date, or raise children. Love is the desire that propels you to act. It is inherent inside you as a positive force. But if you encompass this force, why isn’t your life perfect? Having the force and using the force are different things. You need to choose to use love to create a better life before you can achieve it.

Life Choices

You make the decision to either use the force of love or not every minute of every day. When you feel and experience love, you have positive experiences. When you feel the opposite of love, you have negative experiences. That’s because love is rooted in the law of attraction.

The law of attraction is the force that draws one thing to another. For example, gravity is attracted to the earth, so everything is kept in place by the force of gravity. Attraction is also what brings people together. It dictates what you eat, how you decorate your home, how your cells multiply, and which community you live in. You make choices based on what you’re attracted to, and through that attraction, you bring life’s elements to you.

You’re only attracted to what you love, so when you engage with something you’re attracted to, you engage with the world positively. The following example illustrates this point:

This relationship is the essence of giving and receiving. And giving and receiving are the two main elements of the law of attraction.

Like Attracts Like

When you give love, you receive love. It’s that simple. The law of attraction dictates that whatever energy you put into the world is the energy that will come back to you. In simpler terms, what you give is returned in equal measure to you. You put positivity into the world and get positivity back. Likewise, you put negativity in the world, and guess what you get back? That’s right—negativity.

Think about it this way:

The answer to all those questions is “probably not.” When you express yourself negatively, you close the door to positivity.

The Power of Thoughts and Feelings

So how do you know when you’re giving positivity versus negativity? Check your thoughts and feelings, for these are the aspects through which you express the force of love.

Thoughts: Your life is created through the things you think. If you think today is going to be a hard day, it will be a hard day. If you think life is wonderful, life will be wonderful. You express what you think either as words in your mind or spoken language.

Feelings: Your thoughts are not isolated groups of words. They carry emotional attachments, and the attached feelings are what give your thoughts power. When you think positive thoughts, you feel good. When you think negative thoughts, you feel bad.

It’s impossible to feel good about negative things or negative about positive things. Focus on the feeling of love in every situation, and you will bring more love into your life.

How to Think Positively

Each day, you’re tasked with doing or addressing a variety of things. Some will be good, and some will be bad. If you think or talk about the bad things more than the good things, you will feel negatively about your day. Those negative feelings will continue to attract more things that create struggle in your day until you change your focus.

Focus on positive things as often as possible. No action is too small to celebrate:

Focus on the good things to feel good. Feeling good is how you give love, and when you give love, you will start to experience more good things.

This is the cycle of the law of attraction and the role love plays within it. There are no limits to what you can achieve because there are no limits to love. Focus on the thoughts that enliven your love force, feel positively about those thoughts, and watch the world lay more to love at your feet.

Exercise: Love Your Life

Everyone has positive and negative experiences, but sometimes we focus on the negative rather than believing in positive things without realizing the consequences that has on our lives.

Chapter 2: Shape Your Feelings to Shape Your Life

Feelings are part of your DNA. You don’t have a choice about whether you feel. You only have a choice about how you feel. And how you feel at any moment of any day is important because your feelings are always shaping the trajectory of your life.

Feelings Make Thoughts Significant

You have a million thoughts running through your head on a daily basis, but not all of them are significant. And if they’re not significant, they don’t have feelings attached to them and will not play a role in creating your life. Your thoughts need emotional relevance to give them power.

Think of your thoughts like a car and your feelings like gasoline. The car cannot drive down the road without gas, and your thoughts cannot attract life back to you without feelings. This is why focusing on how you feel is so important.

The energy you put into the world is a mirror image of the feelings you experience. When you feel good, you don’t have to worry about what’s in store for you. You’re sending out love, and that love has no choice but to attract back more love.

The Difference Between Good and Better-Than-Bad Feelings

You may think the absence of bad feelings is the same as feeling good. It’s not. Bad feelings do not simply encompass despair, grief, sadness, frustration, or anxiety. Likewise, good feelings do not simply mean anything besides the most extreme trauma or drama.

Feeling “okay” is not the same as feeling good. True, feeling okay is better than feeling bad, but okay feelings will only lead to an okay life. If you want to change your life, don’t settle for average feelings. Feeling good means experiencing passion, joy, love, enthusiasm, and gratitude for life.

The goal for your life is not simply to feel better. You’re trying to attract a certain type of life. Feel passion, and you will be presented with experiences that allow you to feel more passion. The people you meet will be passionate people. The relationships you have will be passionate relationships. Even the songs you hear will inspire passion. All of these things will come to you because you sent passion into the universe, and the universe responded in kind.

Doubling Down on Your Feelings

Why settle for simple positive responses when you can create massive responses. There is no limit to the amount of positivity you can feel, so turn up the volume on your good feelings to create the best life you can.

Monitoring Your Feelings

Your life is not stumbling forward unguided. You create your life every moment you’re awake. If you’re not sure how you’ve been feeling, look at your life. Are things the way you want them to be? If not, your feelings are likely the culprit.

Take inventory of your life to understand your thought and feeling patterns. Then, make the decision to start thinking differently about your life.

You are the narrator of your own story. Not everything that happens to you is in your control, but how you feel about those events is. You can change what happens to you by choosing how you feel. Give good to the world so you can get good back.

Use Love to Turn Your Life Around

The good news is that bad feelings bottom out. Unlike good feelings, which can soar as high as you can take them, bad feelings can only go so far. The phrase “hit rock bottom” describes the moment when people recognize they need to either change or perish. When you hit that bottom, love is showing you how far you are from your life force. You’re being prompted to feel better, and life will start to improve as a result.

As the ruling force of life, love is always calling to you. Love wants you to reach great heights so it can fill you up. Use the knowledge of The Power to understand when you’re not taking advantage of your life force so you can turn your life around.

One way to turn your life around is to focus on why you want what you don’t have. It’s easy to focus on not having the kind of life you want and feeling bad about it. But if you change that focus to how those things will improve your life, you will put out that positive energy and draw those things to you.

It’s not easy to stay positive all the time, but if you realize that wanting what you don’t have comes from a place of loving that thing, you can start attracting that thing to you.

Every good thing you want is waiting for you. All you have to do is summon it forward by feeling the love you have for it. You only want what you love, so love it to the fullest, and it will be yours.

Don’t Wait to Be Happy

If you believe you will be happy only after you have everything you want, you’ll be waiting a long time. The mirror image of your feelings is non-negotiable. If you think, “I will be happy when I have more money,” you’re acknowledging your lack of money. Your thoughts about lack lead to negative feelings about money, so you will not receive positive money experiences.

Waiting to be happy is like waiting for a bus no longer in service. Your feelings of dissatisfaction have put you on a path of dissatisfaction, and that’s all you’ll ever feel. You must be happy first, feel that happiness, and focus on what you want from a place of positivity. Only then, can you receive that positivity back.

The Frequency of a Better Life

You’ve learned that your feelings are like magnets that attract like with like. But how is that happening?

A magnet has a certain magnetic frequency that pulls something with the same frequency toward it. Likewise, your thoughts and feelings have frequencies. Good feelings put you on the frequency of love. Bad feelings put you on a bad frequency because any frequency outside of love is the wrong frequency. You never have to wonder what frequency you’re on. What you’re feeling at this moment is the frequency you’re on.

This sounds complicated, but it’s actually quite simple. If you notice you’re on a bad frequency, change your thoughts and feelings. At any moment, you can start feeling a different way, and at that moment, your frequency changes.

There are several possible feeling frequencies for any circumstance in your life. Some of these frequencies include love, excitement, hope, satisfaction, gratitude, pride, boredom, criticism, anger, pain, fear, and disappointment. The example of wanting to travel will help express how frequencies work:

Even if you don’t have something specific you want or are content with life, you can still make your life better and learn to love life more. If what you want is a positive life trajectory, rather than a positive outcome, make sure you stay on a positive frequency.

Act, Don’t React

When you hand over control of your feelings to life’s circumstances, you move through life on autopilot reacting without thought. If positive things happen, you have a positive response and vice versa. If you simply react to life, you’ll become trapped on an emotional rollercoaster that never stops—you just go round and round through the highs and lows.

What you don’t realize is that when you plummet into negativity, you’re not guaranteed an upswing around the corner. You drag more negativity into your life, and down and down you go.

You might think, “Well, it’s natural to feel bad about forking over half your savings when your car breaks down,” and you’d be right. But your negative focus on how much money you’re losing is putting you on the frequency of losing money. The law of attraction has no choice but to bring you more circumstances that deplete your savings.

You have the power to change your circumstances by changing your actions and reactions. It doesn’t matter how you’ve reacted in the past. Change your feelings today to get on a positive frequency and erase the past.

Another Problem With Reacting

When you stay on the rollercoaster of reactions, you cut positive frequencies off at the knees. Even if you’re happy most of the time, the rate at which your reactions come and go doesn’t allow the power of your positivity to come through. You can feel happy about many things, but if you don’t hold that happiness and feel it deeply, you can’t reach the level of love. If you don’t reach the level of love, you don’t give the love frequency enough time to connect with other positive frequencies.

This is where the difference between thinking and feeling comes in. You can think, “I am happy to have received a raise today,” but if your next thought is, “I’m hungry,” the love for your raise dissipates. Worse, if you feel the love in one moment and then react negatively a moment later, you’ve wiped out the positive frequency:

You either give love and harness its power throughout the day or stop giving love and diminish its force. There is no middle ground. The force of love does not care about why you couldn’t give love. Justifications for negativity only focus your attention on negativity. By now, you know what that means.

Blaming others for your negativity doesn’t work either. Your energy is giving out blame, and all you’ll get back is blame. Circumstances or events that elicit blame in your life will continue, even if it’s not the same situation that started the blame cycle.

The same is true for criticism, hate, complaints, and all other negative emotions or reactions. When you give these negative thoughts or feelings power, they send a lack of love frequency to the universe. Remove words like gross, awful, horrible, and vile from your vocabulary. You can’t say these words without eliciting a strong emotional response.

The consequences of good and bad frequencies are likely not obvious. But think about times when you were on a lucky streak or had a run of bad luck. What preceded them? Did you give love by helping a neighbor carry her groceries and then receive a bigger tax refund than expected? Did you complain about your boss and then have your nanny quit? Look for the chain of reactions of good and bad to see how each frequency led to more of the same.

The Feelings Ratio

You’re probably wondering, “How can I avoid feeling bad when bad things happen?” The answer is you don’t have to try not to feel bad ever. The point is to tip the scales so that the ratio of good versus bad feelings skews positive. Even if you are 51% positive and 49% negative, that extra one percent is enough to start bringing more positivity back than negativity. The returned positivity is added to original positivity and increases the positivity percentage.

Every day, you face the scale of good and bad. Start the day good, and it will continue to be good despite small hiccups along the way. Start the day in a bad mood, and you’ll have a hard time feeling love, even when good things happen. Each day that you start good and maintain that good feeling will compound into a happy life. You’re shaping your future by your thoughts, actions, and feelings today, so accumulate good days to lead to a happy future.

Exercise: Tip the Scales for More Happiness

It’s not easy to stay positive all the time. But to change your life, you only need to be positive most of the time.

Chapter 3: The Three-Step Process of Creation

Now that you know how your feelings and thoughts create your life, you need to learn how to use them to get what you want. To attain specific goals in your life, you must follow these three-steps: Imagining, Feeling, and Receiving. This process can also be used to change something you don’t like.

The first step is to use your mind to imagine what your heart desires. Then, feel the love of doing what you want and having what you want. After you imagine and feel love for what you want, all you have to do is receive what you want. Feel that what you want is yours and show love for it.

To test out the Creation Process and gain confidence using it, try manifesting something small—a flower or book. Use your imagination to see it, feel the love of having it, and then receive it. When you receive it, you will truly believe in the law of attraction and can start using it to benefit your life.

In the following sections, we’ll dive deeper into the steps of Imagining and Feeling to help you use the process to its full potential to Receive.

Step 1: Imagine Your Life as You Want It

You can have anything you want if you can imagine it and love it. What you imagine must be from a place of love if you want to receive a positive result. Imagining something that brings negativity to another is not coming from a place of love. Your focus is on harm, and that harm is mirrored back to you.

Your imagination has no limits, and neither should you. The most incredible or fantastic thing you can imagine is possible when the force of love is working for you. Love knows no bounds, so reach as high as you want.

Famous scientists, athletes, and inventors all reached for the stars and succeeded simply because they didn’t let the limitations of their current world scare them. They broke through with their imagination and changed their lives and, in some cases, the world.

Everything you have and are now was imagined by you. If you imagined the life you wanted, you’re probably happy right now. The problem is that many people focus on what they don’t have. They feel resentment, despair, or fear about their lives. Because the law of attraction is a mirror and not a psychoanalyst, that resentment, despair, and fear is sent back as circumstances or events that lead to an unhappy life.

Look at your current life to see where you need to adjust your thoughts to create better feelings.

The Missing Dog

Byrne and her family lived in a home that backed up to the mountains. One night, their dog, Cabbie, escaped through a hole in the fence. She and her daughter assumed Cabbie had wandered into the mountains and went to search for him.

They searched for hours, even in the dark. Byrne felt her anxiety rising. She knew those feelings were not the ones that would bring Cabbie home, so she said they should go home and change their energy.

They used their imagination to see Cabbie safely at home and unharmed. They imagined him walking down the hall for dinner. They put food in his bowl. They imagined his collar bell ringing. They called out for Cabbie like he was there. When they went to bed, the daughter imagined Cabbie sleeping in her room like usual.

The next day, they found an alert about a found dog in the mountains. Sure enough, it was Cabbie. They picked Cabbie up and brought him home safely, just like they’d imagined.

Your Desires Are Not Original

It is not possible for your imagination to go off the rails and imagine something that doesn’t exist. Everything is already created. If it weren’t, you couldn’t imagine it. You may not be able to see what you want in the current world, but that doesn’t mean it’s not out there somewhere. To bring a seemingly impossible desire to fruition, call it forth through your imagination.

Use all of your senses to make the imagination more real. Smell it, taste it, hear the sounds of that life, and feel the things that life brings to your world.

Use props to make your imaginations come to life. Props can bolster the image you have in your mind and give you something tangible to focus on.

As soon as you imagine what you want, you’ve created it. The world where you don’t have what you want no longer exists. You have imagined it; now feel the love of having it.

Step 2: Feel Yourself Living the Life You Want

You know that feelings are what magnetizes your thoughts into frequencies that call on the law of attraction. But how do they do that?

Each of us has a magnetic field surrounding our bodies at all times. Maybe you’ve heard this field described as an aura or halo. This constant force around you is what brings things to your life. And your feelings dictate whether that field is positively charged or negatively charged.

You add love to your magnetic field each time you give love through your words, thoughts, or actions. The more love you give, the stronger the love vibration of your field is. And when your field is activated with love, it becomes powerful enough to attract love back.

Over time, if you consistently give love, your magnetic field will become so powerful that you can shift the law of attraction into high gear. With this increased power, the Creation Process will happen so fast, you’re able to receive what you imagined and feel instantaneously.

Activate the Magic of Love

The only barrier to you achieving an outlandish or distant goal is your belief that what you want is too big to attain. That thought creates feelings of difficulty. You’re saying, “This is too hard to get and will take a long time.” And if you say that, you’ll be right.

But your idea of big differs greatly from what is possible for the force of love. You may desire a new car, a trip to Italy, a house full of children, perfect health, true love, or your dream job. You may even desire to run your own company, win an Oscar, or publish a book. Whatever you want, no matter how big an achievement it is, imagine that it’s as small as a dot because that’s what it is for the force of love.

Try imagining what you want for several minutes each day. Sit with your imagination and picture what you want with all your senses. Feel the joy of having what you want. Stay in that moment until you truly feel what you want is yours, as though you could write your name on it.

Once you’ve sat with your desire and felt the love of having it, your work is done for the day. For the rest of it, give as much love as you can whenever you can to ramp up your magnetic abilities.

Ridding Your Life of the Negative

You can rid your life of negative things using the same process you would to manifest positive things. If you have a negative situation or experience in your life, recognize that this experience was born from a lack of love. Imagine the opposite of whatever the situation or experience is to project love.

You can’t wish the negativity away. Creation is the process of creating, not reducing. Something positive must be created to replace the negative. Rather than focusing on what you don’t want, imagine what you want, and create it through positive feelings. Give love to receive love.

Let’s say you’ve suffered an injury that causes you great pain and is not getting better. Your focus is probably on how much pain you’re in and your frustration with the slow recovery. This strengthens the negative because you are giving out negative feelings.

Instead, focus on being pain-free and making a full recovery. Imagine your body as healed. See yourself recovered. Feel the joy of those things, and amplify your magnetic field by giving love to all the good things in your life. When you imagine good health and feel love for it, you create a frequency of good health that must be returned to you.

Never contradict the feeling of having what you want. You’ve done the work to create a new world. Even if you haven’t received what you’ve imagined yet, you’ve still changed your world to one where you have it. If you shift back to a focus of not having what you want yet, you’ve shifted your desire to a new frequency, and the old world returns.

You can’t speak of something in a negative way without eliciting a negative feeling. Be aware of attaching bad feelings to your words. Change them quickly to get back on the good frequency.

How to Change Bad Feelings

Just like you can’t wish away negative situations, you can’t wish away bad feelings. And whether you like it or not, you need bad feelings. Without them, you wouldn’t be able to recognize the good feelings as good. When you feel happy, you know you do because you compare it to times when you feel sad. So bad feelings are just as valid as good feelings. It’s the way you approach the bad feelings that matters.

If you feel bad about feeling bad, you attract more bad feelings to you. Each bad feeling attracts more and more until all the bad is piled up. When this happens, turn your feelings toward love to make the bad feelings vanish.

Think of your feelings like a glass of water. Love is the water, and your body is the glass.

Likewise, add more love to your body to fill it to the top. Then, the bad feelings will be gone.

If this still sounds too complicated, try assigning an image to bad feelings. One example is the image of a horse for each bad feeling. Imagine a bitter horse, a sad horse, a frustrated horse, an irritable horse, or a disappointed horse. Imagine the stable where these horses live. When you feel bitter, imagine climbing onto the bitter horse. If you can climb on this horse, you can climb off of it. See yourself dismounting the horse and leading it back to the stable.

If someone else is expressing their irritability, you don’t have to meet them in that negative space. Imagine them climbing onto the irritable horse. This will help you put their negativity into perspective and keep you from taking it personally and attaching bad feelings to it. And maybe picturing yourself or others bucking around on bitter and irritable horses will be humorous, and laughter is a wonderful way to fill your glass with love.

You can’t decide to never have another bad feeling. But you can decide to throw love at the bad, and if you can do that, you can change your mood and your life.

Step 3: Receive Your New Life

After you’ve imagined what you want and felt the joy of having that thing, all you have to do is receive it. Trust that once you create the positive frequency for your desire and magnetize it with love, it will be yours. The law of attraction will shift the universe to bring you the people, circumstances, and events that support your desire and the life you want.

Don’t deviate from your positive frequency by doubting whether you will really get what you want. Doubt interjects negative feelings, and your frequency has suddenly changed. The bonds are created the moment you think of your desire and feel the joy of having it. Believe and move forward confidently toward the life where you have what you want.

Feel your desire deep in your heart. That is the only way to activate the law of attraction to bring it to you. Keep your desires positive and feelings good to receive positive and good things. If what you desire brings harm to another person, those negative feelings will bring back harm, rather than the thing you desire.

Chapter 4: A New Way to View Life

Before we move on to ways to strengthen your love power, you must understand the type of mindset that leads to a happy life. This chapter presents considerations that help reframe your view of the world so the power of love is always working in your favor. These considerations include how to understand and manage your life experiences, how to rewrite your story, and how to expand your thoughts about what’s possible.

Life’s Catalogue

The pictures of your life that you see were drawn with either a yes pencil or no pencil. That’s because life presented things to you as options, and you likely either chose yes or no. But if you learn to simply ignore what you don’t want, rather than choosing “no,” you can stay on a positive frequency.

Think about looking at a clothing catalogue. You flip a page and see a green sweater. You either choose to buy it or flip to the next page without much thought. The aspects of life are the same as that green sweater.

When life puts something in front of you, it’s like flipping the page. You can either say, “Yes, I want that,” or, “No, I don’t want that.” Whatever choice you make is what will be brought to your life.

Instead of saying “no,” simply turn the page. Don’t give the things you don’t want power by thinking about why you don’t want them or labeling them in a negative way. Turn away from them without judgment. They don’t belong to you, so don’t call them forth.

How to Choose What You Love

Every time you see, hear, smell, touch, or taste something, life is presenting you with a choice. When you walk down the street and see a beautiful house, life is asking, “Would you like this house?” How you feel in that moment is the most important choice you can make.

There are many examples of life presenting things to you:

When you feel happy for people and show love for what they have achieved, you bring that achievement to you. You will only feel jealous or bitter about someone else’s success if you wish you had the same thing. Otherwise, you would feel indifferent. See other people’s success as a frequency offered to you. Your choice of whether to get on it or not depends entirely on how you choose to feel.

Your Choices Only Affect You

The law of attraction has one perspective, and it revolves around you. There is no one else in your universe as far as it is concerned because you are the only person the law of attraction responds to.

Another way of thinking about this is that the law of attraction is the law of you. It doesn’t matter what someone else does to you or how someone else makes you feel. Your feelings are the only thing the law of attraction receives, and you’re the only one who will receive what you give.

If someone else has what you want, the law of attraction doesn’t care. It cares about whether or not you give love or negativity to that person or what they have. Don’t worry about someone else’s story. You only have control over yours.

Your Story Is Yours to Write

If you had to sit down and tell the tale of your life, what does it sound like?

Whatever story you tell is the story you live. But only one of those stories is true.

There is nothing too good for you in the world. There is nothing beyond the scope of your potential because there is nothing beyond the scope of your imagination.

You can’t predict what will happen in the world, so why assume something is impossible when life is full of infinite possibilities?

Don’t take in other people’s version of your story. Their feelings don’t have to be your feelings, and they shouldn’t be. Those people are not the ones receiving the consequences of your negative thoughts and feelings. You are.

Also, if you feel like you’ve taken missteps or behaved badly in the past, that’s okay. Acknowledge your mistakes and move forward. The awareness and acceptance of your past bad feelings or actions are enough to erase them from today. Let go of anything about your life story you don’t like, including resentments against your parents, friends, or lovers. Toss the old pictures to the side, and create new pictures of the life you want reflected back to you.

The moment you start telling a different story for your life is the moment your life becomes different. Make your story the best story it can be. Tell yourself how amazing your life story is. Why sell your life short by saying otherwise?

What You Don’t Know About the World

You think you understand the world because of what you see and experience. But the world you believe to be real is not the real world. The world and the universe are greater than what you understand them to be. Things like time and space are illusions, and resources seem finite only because your view is limited to what you witness.

But there is no finite amount of success, money, work, health, or love that you must fight for or miss out on. There is an unlimited amount of opportunity for everyone and an unlimited amount of time to use your power to create a good life.

Just because you can’t see something or feel something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

What you choose to believe informs the world you live in. If you believe life is full of limitations, then you will live a limited life. If you believe life merely happens to you, that’s the life you will live. If you believe you have the power to activate the law of attraction and create the world you want, you will. Expand your perspective to expand your life.

Exercise: Find Your Story

The way we view our lives has a big impact on what life we are able to live. But changing our lives can be as easy as believing we can write a different story for ourselves.

Chapter 5: Unlock Your Power

Unlock your power with three “Keys” to strengthen the force of love within you: Love, Gratitude, and Play.

Key 1: Love

To exude greater love in your life, love everything in life with great passion. Approach loving life like you would love a romantic partner. Hold that love and multiply it to the nth degree until love oozes from your body and soul. Show deep and constant love for all that life has to offer to remove restrictions on your life, whether financial, personal, physical, or emotional.

When you love life with all your heart, you glow with love. People will notice and feel your powerful energy. All facets of life will open up to you, and you will be a force field against any negative feelings that come your way. When you’re full of love, you have the power of a superhero.

Your Courtship With Life

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Love is blind”? It means that you’ve fallen so deeply in love with someone that all you see is more to love. That is how you must fall in love with life. You must be enamored with life in such a way that everything you see becomes beautiful.

Look around your world to find things to love. You can love the technology you own, houses in your neighborhood, certain streets, types of food, or shops and restaurants. Set the intention to identify things you love when you’re out in the world. When you’re walking down a street, acknowledge the trees, people, animals, sky, smells, and sounds of nature. Think about how much you love these things. Say the words out loud. Talk about what you love to really feel it.

Make a list of all the things you love to help you feel more love, especially if you’re feeling bad. Specify all the things you love to lift your spirits and fill your glass to the rim. Make this list once a month. After acknowledging and speaking about what you love becomes a habit, shift to making your list every three months. Whatever you need to do to keep loving life is best for you.

Drive Your Mind Toward Love

There’s so much to love, but if you’re not aware of your world or surroundings, you’ll miss all of it. Remember all those thoughts you have on a daily basis? Your mind is constantly activated with thoughts, so much so, you don’t always know it’s happening. Think about the last time you drove a few miles down a road without realizing it. Your brain is so powerful, it operated on autopilot when it was engaged in thought. If you walk through life on autopilot distracted by random thoughts, you won’t stop to acknowledge what there is to love.

One way to stay alert to love is to pose questions to your mind about what it sees. Engage your mind with the pursuit of love, and it won’t be able to think about anything else. Ask your mind what it sees and loves. Tell it to count the number of things it sees and loves. The more you engage your mind with these types of questions, the more you guide its behavior. You will control what it’s thinking about, and if it’s thinking about love, you’ll feel more love.

Make the intention to be alert to love and take control of your thoughts so you can increase the amount of love you feel. Your days will become filled with all the love you can find. And as those days turn into more tomorrows, you will create a life that you truly love.

Key 2: Gratitude

There is no greater form of love than gratitude. When you show gratitude, you give love, which means you will receive love in return. You can be grateful for anything in life, big or small.

You show gratitude by simply saying, “Thank you.” That’s it.

The key to gratitude is to focus on what you are grateful for and think of all the reasons why. Say them in your mind. Say them out loud. If it’s a person, tell them why you are grateful for them. Even if they’re not with you physically, talk to them as if they are.

The Compounding Effect of Gratitude

The gratitude you show, even for the tiniest things, adds up to equal a lot of love. Give love through gratitude, and receive more to be grateful about. As you continue to show gratitude, the cycle continues.

There are three ways to use gratitude to give love and receive what you want back.

  1. Show gratitude for what you’ve been given in the past.
  2. Show gratitude for what you have in your life now.
  3. Show gratitude for what you will receive in the future.

If you aren’t grateful for the life you’ve lived and are currently living, you’re not expressing love for your life. You couldn’t be where you are today without yesterday, and you can’t be where you’ll be tomorrow without today. Say thank you for the life you have, and say thank you for the life to come. Show gratitude as though you’ve already received the life you want, and the law of attraction will respond in kind.

Be Thankful Daily

Show a little bit of gratitude if you only want your life to change a little bit. But show gratitude throughout each day, and the rewards will be immense. The rewards of gratitude are not merely what the law of attraction brings back to you. Gratitude breeds love, and love is what destroys negativity.

Even at your worst moment, you can always find something good to show gratitude for. Every small “thank you” adds love to your life because the sensation of gratitude is the antidote to bad feelings. You can’t feel bad when you’re grateful. Reach for whatever gratitude you can find in dark times to help your light shine brighter.

Look for more opportunities to feel gratitude every day to keep the negative feelings away. When you get a good seat at the movies, rockstar parking, or a seat on a crowded bus, say thank you. And if you can’t find something in the external world, show gratitude for your personal attributes. Your ability to see, hear, walk, laugh, touch, feel, and breathe are all blessings. Your endurance and fortitude are gifts. Your mind is a gift.

Finally, show gratitude for the world around you. Your city, state, and country were built by people who worked under harsh and strenuous conditions. Thank them for this world. Someone gave us the gift of electricity, motor vehicles, and music. Thank them. Thank the people who built roads, maintained open spaces, and protected the water ways. They are deserving of thanks.

Be grateful for everything you can every day. Be grateful when things are good as well as bad. It’s the simplest gift you can give to the world and your life.

Key 3: Play

It was easy to play when you were a kid. You didn’t have adult concerns or responsibilities to get in the way of your mind taking flight with imagination. You made up games and daydreamed about adventures and your future. You have fun when you play, and life is supposed to be fun. You need to remember how to play like a child as an adult to bring fun back to your life.

Pretend or make-believe are great games to play to imagine a life you want. And the best part is that the law of attraction makes no judgments about what it receives. It just picks up your love frequency and returns what you give it. Whether you play “make-believe” or seriously focus on a goal, the result is the same, so why not have fun while you’re at it?

Minds Games

Use your imagination to build fantasies about what your life could be. If you want to be an astronaut, pretend you’re on a spaceship flying toward Mars. Talk to your friends and family like they’re mission control. If you can fashion a space suit, even better. Props add life to your imaginary scenes. Walk around as if you were an astronaut, and feel the joy and love of living your dream. That picture must be returned to you in some way.

The King of California

Arnold Schwarzenegger grew up in a small Austrian community. His family didn’t have much money, but he still had big dreams. He wanted to have the best body in the world and be an actor in Hollywood.

Arnold used pictures of superheroes to inform his imagination of what he wanted his body to look like. He envisioned that body and pretended he won the European body-building championships. He imagined coming to America and becoming a famous movie star. He felt what it would be like to be adored and successful.

Through his youthful make-believe games, Arnold sent the love frequencies of his dreams to the universe. The law of attraction picked up the frequencies and gave him the people, circumstances, and events that led to his dreams. He won Mr. Olympia seven times, starred in several blockbuster movies, and became the governor of California, all because he dared to dream big.

When you play games with your imagination, really get into character. Act like you are already that person, and play the part.

It doesn’t matter how big or far off in the future the life you want is. Your dreams are just an imagination away, waiting to be brought to you. Act like you have what you want now, and watch as your life changes.

If you do not receive what you want right away, check your mind and heart. Did you imagine what you wanted but didn’t really believe you could get it? Did you truly surround it with love to magnetize it? The time it takes for you to get on the love frequency is the time it will take for your desires to be granted. Feel your desire now to jump on board the right frequency.

Exercise: Use the Keys to Change Your Life

Changing your life for the better involves more than simply feeling love. There are steps you can take to improve your chances of manifesting your dreams.

Chapter 6: Love and Money

Like most people, you may have a love and hate relationship with money. You love money, and when you have it, it feels great. But when you don’t have it, you feel bad about money. Most people feel bad about money simply because most of the money in the world belongs to 10% of the population. The reason for this shouldn’t be a mystery by now. People with money feel good about money, so they give love for money. And the law of attraction gives more money back to them as a result.

False Beliefs About Money

The reason so many people can’t get on the positive money frequency is a bad relationship with money that started in childhood. You probably heard warnings about being greedy or talking about money. Maybe you heard that rich people couldn’t be trusted. You definitely heard that you must work hard to make money. And because you believed everything adults you trusted said, you inherited all those negative thoughts about money.

You’ve convinced yourself that work is the only way to get money, even if you don’t like what you do. And if you want to earn a lot of money, you have to get one of a handful of lucrative positions. Well, divorce those ideas from your head. They’re not true.

Think about how different your perspective on life is now that you’ve learned about the Power. You don’t have to be told why you struggle with money. You already know your negative feelings have led to negative financial circumstances. The following sections will help you learn how to change your feelings so you can start to feel good about money.

Make Money Stick

When you feel bad about money, you become a money repellent. Even if you receive more money in your life, you will not be able to keep it for long. Circumstances will happen to cause you to spend that extra money, like car repairs, an increase in rent, or larger-than-expected bills. These circumstances are a result of your lack of love for money. You can’t just receive money. You have to change how you feel about money for it to stick to your life.

If you find that your debt keeps accumulating and your bank account is consistently low, check your feelings about money. You’re likely repelling it with negative feelings like bug spray to a mosquito. Change your feelings about money, even if your financial situation is not where you want it to be. Even if you feel hopeless about your current situation, give love to change everything. Nothing is hopeless when the force of love is at work.

Feel good about money so you become a magnet that draws more money to you. The key is to react positively to any situation involving money.

Granted, staying positive is hard to do, and many people struggle in this respect. For instance, if a large bill comes in the mail, your first reaction if you aren’t wealthy is to feel bad. Then, those negative feelings about the bill bring bigger bills to you until you get on a new frequency.

These eight tricks can help turn your money thoughts into positive thoughts:

1. Only pay bills when you’re in a good mood.

2. Play make-believe with the bills.

3. When you get paid, say “thank you” and feel the joy of being paid.

4. Feel love every time you use money.

5. Turn cash and credit cards into positive feeling devices.

6. When you pay for something, wish for abundance for the person taking your cash or credit card.

7. Imagine you have all the money you want right now.

8. Be happy for the abundance of others.

Professional Ventures

Work should be enjoyable, not merely a means of making money. When you work to make money, you’re not enjoying the work. When you don’t enjoy the work, you’re on a negative frequency, and money is not the result of negative feelings. You also won’t be rewarded with more work you love. You’ll be burdened with more work you don’t love.

You must love your work to receive that love back in the form of a better job and more money.

If you run a company and you’re not successful, your company is repelling money. Check your feelings about your success. If you feel bad about not achieving everything you want your company to achieve, there’s no way to achieve anything better. Find ways to feel good about what’s working in your business. Love all of it to move to a positive frequency.

Money Isn’t Everything

Money is simply a path to the things you love. But you don’t necessarily need money to get what you want. Think about it. When you daydream about money, do you focus on a big number on your bank statement or do you think about all the joy it will bring to your life? You can also bring those things to your life by showing them love. Don’t limit yourself to what you can afford. You can have whatever you want with the force of love.

You might ask how you’re supposed to get that new house, car, or leather boots without money. It’s simple—show love in every way you can for those things. Be happy for your friends and family who have new homes or cars. Imagine you are in your new house or car. Pretend you are wearing those boots and walk around with them on.

The force of love is more powerful than your mind. You may not be able to comprehend how a new house or car will come to you, but the logistics are not your concern. Get out of the way of your success by removing doubt and limitations from your mind and having faith in the power of your love.

Exercise: Examine Your Relationship With Money

The thoughts and feelings we have about our finances determine our relationship with money. We can either become someone money sticks to or is repelled by.

Chapter 7: Love and Relationships

Love rules all relationships, and your interactions with people are the gold standard of the force of love. That is not to say that you love everyone you know or strangers on the street. It means the choice to show love to people is present every time you encounter someone. The law of attraction can’t differentiate between friend, family, or foe. It simply recognizes that you are harnessing your greatest power.

Show and give love to others through support, friendliness, encouragement, benevolence, understanding, and gratitude. That force of love will come back to you, and when it does, it can touch all other aspects of your life. The opposite is also true, of course. Give anger, hate, or any other negative feeling to others, and expect the same to return to you.

Your Relationship Is What You Make of It

Look at your close relationships. Are they good, strong, and loving? Are they in jeopardy, struggling, or negative? Whatever state your relationships are in today is the result of the love or a lack thereof you’ve been giving.

Intimate relationships are often your downfall in bringing love to your life. It’s easy to take your frustrations out on those you care about or are close to because you trust that the relationship will continue regardless of what you do. And although the negativity you show that person might not harm the existence of the relationship, it will harm your life by returning to you as negativity.

It’s Not Them, It’s You

There’s a tactic promoted in couple’s therapy to avoid “you” statements when attempting to resolve a conflict. The idea is that “you” statements make the other person feel threatened and defensive. Regarding the power of love, “you” statements also place the responsibility of your happiness on another, and that’s simply not how it works.

Remember, there is no one but you for the law of attraction. The law is not a referee or mediator. It only picks up your frequency, and you can’t receive what you don’t give. If you place blame on your partner for your unhappiness, that blame is going to manifest in your life, not theirs. And you can’t tell the law of attraction that you can’t show love to someone because they don’t show it back. Even if your partner, parent, child, sibling, or friend has done something to upset you, your reaction is the only thing that counts.

If you’re in a bad place with a relationship, change it by changing how you feel. Seek out the things you love about the person, even when angry, and feel that love and show gratitude for those things. As that gratitude multiplies, the relationship will get better. You may not understand what’s happening, but the other person will miraculously change and provide more positivity for you to love and be grateful for.

Love Is Not Possession

You, like many others, have felt unhappy with the choices or behaviors of someone you’re intimately attached to. In those moments, it’s easy to try to force the person to get in line with what you want or expect from them, but this is not love.

You don’t give love when you:

Everyone has the right to live freely as they will and be who they want to be. When you try to thwart that freedom, you give negativity because you disrespect their freedom to choose. What you receive back may not involve that person, but it will involve situations where your freedom is also disrespected.

The most challenging aspect of any relationship is when it ends against your will. You likely have a broken heart or are hurt deeply, but you must continue to give love to that person to move forward. When you try to argue with them or force them back into the relationship, you’re not giving love. You’re not respecting their choices, and you cannot get on a positive frequency.

Giving love to people during this difficult time will be a challenge. And if they’ve wronged you or disrespected you, it will be even harder. But you only hurt yourself when you become bitter, spiteful, or vengeful. Instead, give yourself love, for you will need it to heal. And give them love to find whatever they’re looking for. You’ll feel better, and you’ll get over the heartache faster because all of that love will be brought back to your life.

It should be noted that giving love to people is not the same as letting people use or abuse you. If you are used or abused, you do not feel positive, and your suffering is multiplied as those bad feelings attract more back to you. Your abuser does not receive any consequence from your bad feelings. Change negative relationships by finding all that you can to love about yourself and life. The law of attraction will present you with people or circumstances that will help lift you out of the bad place.

Don’t Choose What You Don’t Love

Within the giant catalogue of life, you will be presented with many options that involve people. You can either choose to love them, not love them, or love part of them. You always have the choice to turn away from someone entirely. But if you choose to love someone, love the parts of them you say yes to and turn away from the parts you don’t without judgment.

You are under no obligation to love every part of someone. But when you fixate on what you don’t love or rally against it, you create a negative frequency. In contrast, when you only engage with the parts you love, you are able to give love, and it will be returned as more to love about that person. The parts you turn away from might disappear or remain, but they will definitely become outnumbered by the parts you love.

Stay on the love frequency to draw people on similar frequencies to you. The law of attraction won’t bring a negative person as a response to a positive frequency. If you are always on a positive frequency, you can trust that the people you meet are the right people for your life.

Everyone has good and bad days, and when you feel frustrated or unhappy, you likely interact with other frustrated or unhappy people. If you want to experience the happy version of others, be the happy version of yourself first.

Each Person Is an Emotional Ally

One way to stay positive even around negative people is to view them as a personal love trainer. You will have sessions with relaxed and supportive trainers who make choosing love easy. But you will also have sessions with hard and critical trainers who act like boot camp sergeants. This latter group are also allies because they test your love boundaries and strength. You have to fight harder to choose love with these people, which helps you get better at choosing love always, even when life is difficult.

Don’t be manipulated by trainers who try to push you toward judgment or negativity. It’s a trick to see what you’ll choose. If you absolutely can’t find anything to love, choose to turn away from that person or negative training. Never give in to manipulation. It only hurts you in the end.

When you turn away from something or someone negative, immediately turn toward something you love. Look around for things to love and give love to them to get back on a good feeling frequency. Look at every challenge as a test of your strength of love, and you’ll gain power over the negative aspects of your life.

Another purpose of the militaristic trainers is to bring awareness to your current feelings. You would not be in this training session to begin with if you were on a positive frequency. Therefore, as well as challenging you to give love under the worst conditions, these trainers alert you to the bad feelings you’re already living with. Get on the love train, and the negativity of others will not be able to catch you.

Be Kind to Others

When you celebrate another’s windfall, you become a magnet for that windfall. Likewise, when you celebrate another person’s positive spirit, you become a magnet for that same spirit. Show admiration and appreciation for others to become a magnet for admiration and appreciation. Discuss the good qualities of another person to have those good qualities stick to you. Whatever you see and call out about someone else makes you a receptor for the same.

Gossip Will Be Your Downfall

A little gossip can be a lot of fun. But gossiping is about deceit and judgment. If it wasn’t, it would just be sharing good news. Deceit and judgment are negative feelings, so guess what comes back to you?

Even if you’re not the one gossiping, you’re still risking negativity in your life. You can’t hear negative things without experiencing a reduction of positive energy. When your family gossips about another family member, your co-workers gossip about your boss or another employee, or your friends gossip about a celebrity, you take in those bad feelings, and they become yours and only yours. To thwart the negative frequency, stop gossiping or listening and immediately show gratitude for or say something nice about the target of the discussion.

Think Before You Act

Your reactions create your emotions, so it’s vital to think before you react in your interactions with others. If someone triggers you to react with anger, stop and do your best to immediately switch your feelings. Even just acknowledging that you’re reacting poorly reduces the power of the negative feelings.

If you can’t get your feelings under control during difficult moments, walk away. Spend a few minutes alone so you are the only influence on your feelings. Seek out 10 things you love and give love to them one at a time until your feelings change and you get on a better frequency.

You can make any relationship a good relationship in your life by staying aware of your reactions. Even if you feel like the relationship is doomed or can’t imagine how things can get better, show love. Remember, the logistics of how your life changes are not your concern. The law of attraction will provide what you need to help you get what you want. If you want a better relationship, you will get it. It may not be the relationship you’re currently in, but you will know that it wasn’t the right one for you if you’ve given love and received love back.

One other benefit of staying positive in difficult moments is that your magnetic shield becomes filled with love. Your supercharged magnetic field works like a force field against others’ negativity. Stay positive and repel the efforts of people to harm you.

You can’t change what happens in the external world, but you can change your feelings. When you change your feelings, you change your world. As your world changes, the external world will change, too.

It’s easy to want to blame others when our relationships are less than positive, but who we are in relationships is more important than the way others treat us.

Chapter 8: Love and Health

Good health means more than just the absence of illness. You’re not truly healthy unless you feel energetic, happy, and free of stress. Think about how you felt as a child or how children you see today feel. Without the concerns of adult life, children are enthusiastic about life. They wake each day with anticipation and spirit and believe they are invincible. If you want to be the vision of health, live like a child.

You Are Whatever You Believe You Are

You must live like a child because children have not been corrupted by negative thought patterns that lead to poor health. They have no reason to believe they are unhealthy or that their bodies are not perfect and strong, and so those results do not come to them.

Your beliefs likewise determine your physical state:

What you don’t realize is that these things continue to be true because you believe they are.

Think about the prevalence of disease in society despite the advances in medical science. With the ability to cure diseases and heal from conditions at a higher level than ever, why are so many people living with diseases? The answer is that most people fear diseases. Commercials constantly show pharmaceuticals that can help with certain diseases. The news is full of stories of people dying from disease. You likely know people who suffer from one disease or another. This prevalence creates the thought, “I don’t want to get that disease.” And that thought leads to bad feelings about the disease, rather than positive feelings about good health.

What are your beliefs about your health?

Whatever your beliefs are, your feelings follow suit. Believe in long life and a strong and healthy body, and you will send those good feelings to the law of attraction.

The Placebo Effect

Medical researchers often test the efficiency of new medications or treatments using double-blind experiments. These studies provide one group of patients with the treatment and another group with a placebo, or fake treatment. Neither the patient nor the researcher are aware of which treatment the patient received.

The placebo effect provides the astonishing evidence of how beliefs can lead to physical changes. Often, the placebo patients show improvements in their conditions despite not receiving the actual treatment. This is likely due to the willful belief that they are in the treatment group, which allowed them to feel like their ailments were being treated.

Through the power of their beliefs and good feelings, they were able to create better health in their bodies. This is the Power at work and the amazing results of focusing on love.

How the Body Works

Your body is a well-oiled and self-sufficient system capable of amazing things. There is great power in your body, and you control that power with your feelings.

The body is made up of trillions of cells that work to keep the body running smoothly. These cells work 24-hour shifts 7 days a week together and alone to maintain your health.

So what does this mean for you? Your feelings seep into your cells. Good feelings fill the cells with love, and on that love frequency, more love is delivered to them as good health. Bad feelings create tension in the body, and stress produces a chemical reaction that reduces the viability of your cells, thereby reducing the force of love. The result is a continued reduction of love until the cells become vulnerable to disease.

The good news is that you are the conductor of everything that happens in your body. You give instructions to your cells through your thoughts and feelings. Believe your cells are full of the force of love, and they will keep you healthy. If you believe you have trouble losing weight, the cells must respond by slowing their absorption rate, thereby slowing your metabolism. It’s the law of attraction inside your body.

To achieve the health or body you want, tell your cells what you want. They have no choice but to listen and respond in kind.

Whatever you tell your cells is what you will be.

Get the Body and Health You Want

If your body were the solar system, your heart would be the sun and all the organs would be the planets. The sun is the center of the universe that creates order and harmony, and your heart functions in the same way.

Scientists have proven that positive feelings strengthen your immune system, boost energy, reduce stress, stabilize blood pressure, and improve metabolism. These positive feelings are felt in your heart, which means that in addition to helping to harmonize the body, the heart grows stronger, as well.

Healing With Your Heart

You can use love to improve your health by increasing the love you feel in your heart. You can’t feel love in your heart if you think bad thoughts about your health. When you are sick or diagnosed with a disease, find a way to give love to your heart by thinking good thoughts about your body. Focus on what is strong, not what is wrong, to harness the force of love in your heart.

All of your thoughts, even those not about health, can affect your ability to heal or thrive physically. Your heart cannot feel good feelings if you’re upset about bills, family, your job, the neighbors, or any other grievance. It is vital that you seek out things to love and fill yourself with love. Use gratitude to multiply goodness in your life:

Gratitude also works when you’re treating an illness or disease. It might not be realistic to stay positive at all times if facing a serious or life-threatening condition, but you don’t have to. To tip the scales keep the positive feelings at 51% or more, and the force of love will be the predominant feeling in your heart. That extra one percent is the difference between a healthy outcome and worsening condition.

You can also use your imagination to strengthen the force of love in your heart. When you go in for treatment or take medicine, imagine your body being healed. Imagine your follow-up appointment and the positive outcome you hope for. Imagine what you will feel like when you receive the results you want, and feel the love of receiving them in your heart. The law of attraction must return that picture of positivity back to you.

Boosting Your Positivity

If you find it hard to be positive about your health, find other ways to tip the scales. Look around your life and the world for things to be grateful for and love. Surround yourself with the things you love, like your favorite foods or feel-good movies. Gather whatever you love around you to strengthen your positive love force. You can also use the Creation Process and the Power Keys to bring more love to your heart. Whatever tactic you use, the body will still fill with love and only receive love in return.

A Word About Water

Scientists have discovered that when water is infused with positivity, the energy of the water increases. Every cell in the water becomes perfectly balanced and works harmoniously with the others.

Your body is 70% percent water, including your brain. Therefore, infuse your body with positivity to change the energy of the water in your cells. That same balance and harmony is created within your body as a result. With trillions of cells in your body, the cumulative effect of that balance and harmony will be amazing.

Other Health Considerations

Your feelings about your body are not limited to your health. You want to feel beautiful and young. You want others to think of you as beautiful and vibrant. So what’s stopping you?

Beauty

The ideals of beauty in society have complicated your relationship with beauty. It’s easy to criticize your own looks when you’re forced to compare yourself to photo-shopped images of models and celebrities. What’s ironic is that simply by using the force of love to create beauty, you can outshine even the best digitally altered image of yourself.

The beauty you want lives inside of you. When you fill your life and heart with love, that love saturates your skin cells. Your skin glows brighter, signs of aging reduce, your hair gets stronger, and your eyes sparkle. Your magnetic field shines brightly around you, and others will not be able to look away from the power you emit.

However, if you feel bad about how you look or focus on the things you don’t like, you’re on a negative beauty frequency. You can’t shine if your heart is full of negativity. So forget the products and fashion spreads. Be happy and feel beautiful, and that will be your reality.

Aging

You never have to feel your age. You can feel whatever age you want because you have the power to command your body to feel that age. It seems simple, but the problem is that you’ve been conditioned from an early age to believe you only have a certain amount of time to live. That belief created a thought pattern that counts down your vitality as you grow older.

Imagine what would happen if someone on Earth suddenly lived to be 200 years old. Would you suddenly believe that you could live that long? Would your beliefs about your limited time and potential change? Probably, so why wait? Believe you will be that person. Believe that your body will remain active and strong until you decide it’s time to age.

If you can believe these things, your cells will believe them too. The law of attraction in your body will pick up the signal and return a long and prosperous life to you. You are under no obligation to grow old physically. Feel young and be young and show gratitude for your continued good health.

Chapter 9: Love and Your Life

Everything in life has a unique frequency—words, sounds, animals, plants, food, locations, items, you, and every other element in the universe. When you are presented with the frequency of something else, you have the choice to link to it positively or negatively or not link to it at all by turning away. Whatever you decide is your choice, but you’re no longer ignorant about how to attain what you want in life.

In this chapter, you’ll learn how to use The Power successfully and become the love magnet you were born to be. It really is as simple as finding a way to experience more joy on a daily basis. Keep that joyful feeling flowing, and everything you need to stay joyful will come to you. Life is magical, and once you discover that, it will open up to you in miraculous ways.

Open the Lines of Communication With Intention

Imagine your life as a movie playing on your television. Now imagine you get a phone call or text while you’re watching your life movie. When you answer the call or text and look back up, you’ve missed part of the scene or story. This same thing happens when you walk around your life distracted by errant thoughts or negativity.

If you aren’t alert to what’s happening in your life, you won’t see the many opportunities life presents to you to change your life. There is no such thing as happenstance. Remember, life is a catalogue of options for you to love or skip. But if you don’t see the item when it’s right in front of you, you’ve missed your chance to choose love.

If you’re alert to life, you can use the options presented as clues to what frequency you’re on.

Only you can understand the significance of the frequencies you come across on a daily basis. Stay alert to life and be open to everything presented to you. You will receive information that is vital to your happiness. Life is constantly sending you messages about your life. Pay attention and receive all the answers you need to increase the power of love in your heart.

Use Symbols to Represent Good and Bad Frequencies

The force of love is invisible, so it can be hard to know when you’re tipping the scales of your feelings toward it or away from it. Attach a symbol to the force of love to help alert you when you’re on a good frequency. This symbol can be anything you want. You just have to love it and designate it as your sign of love. For instance, you might love a certain kind of flower. If you make that flower your symbol, every time you see that flower or something that reminds you of that flower, you know the force of love is working through you.

You can also make something your warning symbol for when you’re on a negative frequency. When you see or hear this symbol, you know something is not right in your world and that you need to be aware of it.

A symbol is a great way to communicate with life, but you can also look at the small ways that life tries to reach you even without a symbol:

The more you communicate with life, the more success you will have in staying on a positive frequency with the force of love.

The Anatomy of a Happy Life

When you form an intimate relationship with love, you experience the greatest pleasure in the world. The following description is an example of how you can create an everlasting bond with love and experience that pleasure daily.

Ask Love for Assistance

There is no limit to what love can do for you. There is only a limit in what you allow love to do for you. Need to be reminded to send someone a birthday card? Ask love to remind you. Need a personal trainer? Ask love to help you find the right fitness plan. Need a matchmaker? Ask love to find you a mate.

Love will assist you with whatever you need, but it only works if you’re full of the force of love. You must relinquish control of your life and allow love to do its thing. Trust in love to guide your life, and you will be guided to everything you want.

Be Mindful of How You Label Life

Think of the things that come into your life as newborn babies. Babies aren’t born good or bad. They are neutral until that first moment of nurturing takes over. The same is true for all aspects of your life. Nothing is good or bad until you deem it so.

Granted, bad things happen. You get hurt or victimized in some way, but the long-term label you place on that experience is how it will exist for your entire life.

There is no opposing force of love. Negativity does not come from a negative force but from a lack of love. The same is true for depression, failure, and disease. These things are created by a lack of joy, success, and health, all things bathed in love.

You don’t have to wonder if the force of negativity is working against you. If you experience negative circumstances, you're lacking love in your heart. Change your feelings immediately by finding ways to boost good feelings.

Heaven on Earth

When you live fully with the force of love, you experience heaven on Earth. Your heart and soul are hard-wired for the highest frequency of love in your body. When you die and leave behind your human form, you enter a new life as the embodiment of pure love. You become your highest being of love, and you can communicate with the living through that love frequency, even from different planes of existence.

But you are not meant to suffer on Earth and only achieve heaven after you die. You can experience heaven now because heaven is within you as pure love. Heaven is your highest frequency, so live your life full of pure love and joy, and you’ll be in heaven on Earth.

Space, Time, and Life’s Purpose

You can experience everything you want because you have endless time to do so. This world and this dimension are not the only planes of existence in the universe. There are galaxies and other states of consciousness you can’t imagine, but you will get to experience them one day. And you will have endless adventures once you do.

Like the universe, there’s so much more to you than you know. You are a special being with a powerful tool at your disposal to help you experience pure happiness—the ability to give. When you give, you’re saying you have enough to share, and you always have enough because the most significant thing you can give is love.

Whether you give positivity, support, enthusiasm, passion, or friendship, love is at the heart of all of it. The love you give outweighs any material gift because your love is everlasting and life-changing. When you give the gift of love, you not only draw more love and abundance to yourself, but you give someone else the tools to draw more love to their life.

Give love to fulfill your mission in life. You will never run out of love if you continue to give it freely. In contrast, if you don’t give love, you can never get love back in return. Your life will be difficult as the wrong people and circumstances come into it, one after the other, until you stop the cycle with love.

Every time you choose to show love for someone or something, you add more positivity to the world. Your light shines brighter, and all the good you can imagine will be drawn to it. You have the power within you to change your life. You ARE the Power.
